These are uncertain and scary times, and whilst we don’t know what the future holds, as your local community SUP shop, we want to be there to support you as much as we can.
We support the message to ‘stay at home’ and we have updated our website to ensure that all stock is available to purchase online. If you can’t find what you are looking for, or you have any questions, please use the online messaging service via our website, or call our store on 02 9939 3939 and we will be happy to help you.
We recognise that choosing a stand-up paddle board is a process that is worth investing time into. If you’re currently in the ‘research phase’ and not ready to buy just yet, why not give us a call or email email@example.com (please leave your number), and we can call you back on FaceTime to talk you through our range of boards, paddles and accessories, and discuss the right options for you (with no pressure to buy!).
Due to current NSW Government regulations, our store is not currently open to the public for browsing, but we are still open online or via telephone and we are happy to facilitate ‘click and collect’ purchases and telephone orders. Please check our Google hours or phone us to find out when we will be in-store for you to pick up your ‘click and collect’ purchases.
If you decide to proceed with a SUP purchase, we will deliver your board by courier (Australia-wide) or one of our store team will personally drive it to your home address (in some Sydney Metro LGAs, dependent on current NSW Government advice). We will let you know when the board is at your doorstep so you can immediately bring it in, without contact or interaction.
Accessory purchases will be shipped as soon as possible following orders being placed. We always do our best to ensure packages are posted promptly but some deliveries may be subject to additional delays. You will receive tracking details at time of postage so that you can keep an eye on your delivery.
We always make sure that products are thoroughly cleaned before they are packed for shipping and we are currently taking extra care over this. If you visit us in-store to collect your purchases, we are a Covid-safe business so you can use QR codes to check in, hand sanitiser is available, we wear masks, social distance and wherever possible collection will be contact-free.
