 Terms and Conditions:

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take 7 to 10 business days and up to 15 business days during peak spring and summer period.  (If for some reason any items are unavailable or out of stock you will be notified of any delivery hold up or a refund will be made back into your account in 24hrs.)

Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, SUP Gear Australia takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If your parcel is lost in transit, SUP Gear Australia will happily replace the order pending an investigation with the courier company. Please contact us if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe.

If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing a work address or we can look to get it delivered for you to the nearest depot of the delivery company we choose to service your order.

SUP and Paddle Deliveries:

Please note that when delivering Stand Up Paddle Board and Paddles, our freight companies we choose to use requires that someone be available to receive & sign for the item .  All Paddle Board and Paddle deliveries must be checked for damage on receipt – not just the outside packaging.  The courier docket must not be signed unless the board is un-damaged. Please note we don’t ship to “PO BOXES” and it is preferred you put a work address versus a home one.

Shipping Policy:

The delivery times provided by SUP Gear Australia are estimates only.  SUP Gear Australia will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.  In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.

All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. SUP Gear Australia can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If you have made an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.

SUP Gear Australia can, if notified before goods have been dispatched, accommodate order cancellation on a case by case basis. If items have been shipped, SUP Gear Australia reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Warranty Policy:

All “SUP” Stand up paddle boards, Paddles and accessories that are invoiced directly to you the customer from SUPGA Pty Ltd are covered by a Limited Warranty were offered to you from our suppliers against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, it covers defects in the material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer and not by supplier / reseller and further more cosmetic flaws that do not affect the functionality and performance of the board are not applicable.

This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, breakage in the surf, misuse of the product, modification or alteration to the original design, accidents, heat or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, abuse, use in a Commercial, Rental or Teaching environments.

Returns Policy:

We have a No refund policy for incorrect choice and or change of mind or if you are wanting to swap out for equal value of other products in store.
